Our normal working hours are Monday to Thursday 9.00am to 5.00pm and Friday 9.00am to 4.45pm. For emergency repairs, our out-of-hours repair line number is 01732 781995.

Changes to when we review your rent and service charge.

Knightstone is committed to improving our customer service to you. Last year, you told us that the service charge process is too complicated and difficult to understand. We send you too much paperwork that is often confusing. We have acted on your feedback. From April 2011, we will change the date we review service charges.

We appreciate that this is a major change in how we work and communicate with you regarding your service charge. We aim to give you as much information as possible through this transition period to help you understand the changes we are proposing and how they affect you
